Shipping and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Westend Air Systems. Following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders placed during regular business hours will be reviewed and filled from on-hand stock the day payment is received. Orders for items not in stock will be placed with our distributor within one business day following receipt of payment (Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm MST, holidays excluded.). Processing will take 2-3 days from when we receive it, before it is shipped out to you.
What happens during processing
We carefully inspect all products to make sure there are no defects or damage to the best of our ability.
All rifles will be tested for leaks, barrels cleaned, and test target fired.
If any air-smithing services have been requested (scope mounting, bi-pod fitting, etc..) we apply them.
We double check to make sure the order is complete. This includes verifying you have everything needed to ensure the most positive purchase experience we can provide.
Shipping rates & Delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
*Estimated Delivery Time based on the day the order is picked up from us, not from when the order was placed.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur once items are shipped and that is beyond our control. If you paid for Two Day or Overnight shipping and did not receive your order within the designated time frame, please contact us so we can pursue it with the carrier.
Please be aware that the following places we cannot ship orders to due to laws and regulations that they have for Air Guns.
New York City and its boroughs: Manhatten, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island
Washington D.C., Maryland
The State of California
Customers have 3 days from the day they receive their order to contact us with concerns. We will determine at that time what the appropriate course of action is.
Any product to be returned must be in the same condition received and in the original packaging. Please keep receipt.
There will be a 25% restocking fee for all non-defective returns.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item tests defective, return costs will be reimbursed through store credits.
If a product develops a defect due to manufacture within the warranty time period that our initial inspection process missed, just contact us. Dependent on circumstance we will be able to offer replacement of parts, free repair services*, or a refund for in store credit.
*Should an item be judged defective due to misuse and or mistreatment by the customer (improper regulator adjustment, tampering with internal parts, etc..) they are responsible for all repair service and part costs required to restore the item to proper and safe condition.
